After a while he offered us a property that was way out of our price range. however, Dan showed us on paper how it would be possible to own a piece property in Wimberley TX without cleaning us out financially. Dan never pushed, he was honest and full of encouragement until we were in a home of our own. THEN 2 years later it came to sale and buy again. Dan was with us the whole step of the way. He again was very presence during the whole selling and buying the next piece of property. Dan is kind, giving, smart, considerate, and knows the market.
