Dan took the time to find out who we were, what we are looking for and really took his time showing us house after house. After a while he offered us a property that was way out of our price range. however, Dan showed us on paper how it would be possible to own a piece property in Wimberley TX without cleaning us out financially. Dan never pushed, he was honest and full of encouragement until we were in a home of our own. THEN 2 years later it came to sale and buy again. Dan was with us the whole step of the way.
